Jami Harrington

Executive Director

Jami joined Crawfordsville Main Street as Executive Director in early 2025. Prior to this, she and her husband Travis owned and operated Reclaimed by Grace in Historic Downtown Crawfordsville.

Jami finds joy in the simple things - tending to her flower gardens, curling up with a good book, traveling to new places, and walks with her dogs.

She mostly treasures time spent with her family, especially her grandson, who keeps life full of laughter and fun. Whether she’s at home or out in the community, Jami loves creating connections, enjoying nature, and finding ways to make each day a little brighter :)

Chad Hassler

Associate Director

For many years Chad has served Crawfordsville Main Street by maintaining their website. Then in March of 2024 he joined staff as Associate Director.

Chad is a fourth generation Montgomery County resident and has been married for over twenty years to his wife Rachel. Together, they have one young adult son, Oliver. Chad is an active member of St. Stephens Orthodox Church in Crawfordsville, and enjoys reading, being outdoors, playing soccer and roasting coffee.

Chad’s desire is to contribute meaningfully to the flourishing and holistic well-being of the people in his community, beginning with the person in front of him.
